The valve body flow channel of the Y Type Bellows Seal Globe Valve is a straight-through structure. The fluid resistance of this structure is smaller than that of the straight-through structure, which can speed up the flow rate of the medium, reduce the pressure loss and reduce the energy consumption, especially suitable for viscosity and easy to agglomerate medium.

The main features are as below:

1. The product structure is reasonable, the sealing is reliable, and the double sealing design of the bellows and packing ensures zero leakage of the valve stem. No medium loss, improving plant equipment safety.

2. The sealing surface is surfacing with cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, has good anti-friction performance and long service life.

3. The valve stem is quenched and tempered and surface nitrided, which has good corrosion resistance and anti-friction performance; the lifting position of the valve stem has an indicator, which is more intuitive.

4. The material of the parts, the size of the flange and the butt welding end can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various needs.

5. The spool has two options of cut-off type and adjustable.

The following matters need to be paid attention to during installation, use and maintenance:

1. The flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow shown on the valve body.

2. The hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting.

3. When the medium is a flammable and explosive object, the working temperature of the bellows stop valve must be limited to avoid danger due to excessive temperature.

4. Bellows globe valves shall have all necessary lamination thicknesses to withstand pressure and shall be tested.

5. As a bellows globe valve for throttling, the influence of the flow rate on the bellows should be considered.
