F304 forged steel gate valve refers to a gate valve in which the valve body and all valve parts are made of forged F304 material.

There are generally three body-bonnet connection forms. The first one is the forged steel gate valve that is bolted to the body& bonnet. The valve designed according to this connection form, the valve body and the valve bonnet are connected by bolts, and the wound gasket is sealed. The advantage is that it is easy to maintain.

The second type of body and bonnet is welded to connect. The valve designed according to this connection form has the valve body and the valve bonnet fully welded and sealed, and the advantage is that there is no external leakage. The third is the pressure self-tightening bonnet forged steel gate valve, according to this connection

The valve body and the valve bonnet are connected by thread, and the internal pressure is self-sealing. The advantage is that the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance.

The main features are as below:

1. The outlet flow channel of the valve body has a reasonable configuration, no slag, flexible opening and closing, and no jamming.

2. The valve stem has been quenched and tempered and surface nitrided, with good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

3. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are made of hard alloy surfacing, which has high sealing hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.
