The gate valve has the characteristics of low fluid resistance, large applicable pressure and temperature range, etc. It is one of the most commonly

used shut-off valves for cutting or connecting the medium in the pipeline. The shortening of the diameter can reduce the size of the parts, the force

required for opening and closing is correspondingly reduced, and the use scale of the parts can be expanded. However, when the diameter is shortened,

the loss of fluid resistance increases. Domestic low-pressure gate valves are generally made of cast iron materials. Cast iron gate valves often have serious

problems such as valve body freeze cracking and gate falling. The carbon steel stem of cast iron gate valves is easy to rust, the quality of packing gaskets

is poor, and the leakage inside and outside is serious. The low-pressure carbon steel gate valve produced by Wenzhou Ruixin Valve replaces the traditional

iron gate valve, which effectively solves the problems that the cast iron gate valve shell is easy to freeze and crack, the gate plate is easy to fall, the valve

1.Light weight: the body is made of high-grade ductile black cast iron, the weight is reduced by about 20%~30% compared with the traditional gate valve, and the device is easy to repair.

 2.Overall lagging: The gate is made of high-quality rubber for overall inner and outer rubber. 3.Flat-bottomed gate seat: The traditional gate valve usually causes water leakage due to the accumulation of foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, iron filings, sundries, etc. in the bottom groove of the valve after the pipe is washed with water. The bottom of the elastic seat seal gate valve adopts the same flat-bottom design as the water pipe machine, which is not easy to form debris accumulation and makes the fluid flow unobstructed.
