⑤ The valve stem is bent;

⑥The filler has been used for too long and has been aging;

⑦ The operation is too fierce.

The method to eliminate packing leakage is:

①Select the packing correctly;

②Fill in the correct way;

③If the valve stem is unqualified, repair or replace, and the surface finish should reach ▽5, and more importantly, it should reach ▽8 or more, and there are no other defects;

④ Take protective measures to prevent corrosion, and replace the ones that have been corroded;

⑤The bend of the valve stem should be straightened or updated;

⑥The packing should be replaced after a certain period of use;

⑦Pay attention to stable operation, open and close slowly, to prevent sudden temperature changes or medium impact.
