The working principle of pneumatic ball valve is to rotate the valve core to make the valve flow or block. Pneumatic ball valves are easy to switch and small in size. The ball valve body can be integral or combined. Pneumatic ball valves are mainly divided into pneumatic ball valves, pneumatic three-way ball valves, pneumatic cut-off ball valves, pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves and other series of products. It can be made into a large diameter, has good sealing, simple structure, and easy maintenance. The sealing surface and spherical surface are always in a closed state and are not easily eroded by the medium. It is used in many industries. The pneumatic ball valve itself has a compact structure and is easy to operate and maintain. It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids and natural gas, and is also suitable for media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. The ball valve body can be integral or combined.

Pneumatic ball valves and plug valves belong to the same type of valve. Only its closing part is a ball. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close.

Pneumatic ball valves are mainly used in pipelines for fast cutting, distribution and changing the flow direction of the medium. Ball valve is a new type of valve, which has the following advantages:

1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.

2. It has simple structure, small size and light weight.

3. Good sealing performance. Plastic is widely used as the sealing surface material of ball valves, which has good sealing performance and has also been widely used in vacuum systems.

4. Easy to operate, quick to open and close, rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, convenient for long-distance control.

5. Easy to maintain, the pneumatic ball valve has a simple structure, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is relatively easy to disassemble and replace.

6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes, it will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface.

7. It has a wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.

8. Because the ball valve power source uses gas, the pressure is generally 0.4-0.7MPa. If the pneumatic ball valve leaks, compared with hydraulic and electric ones, the gas can be discharged directly.

9. Compared with manual and turbine rotating ball valves, pneumatic ball valves can be configured with large diameters.
