The valve seat adopts a front seal design structure, which has two-way sealing and automatic pressure relief functions in the middle cavity. The sealing seat inlaid with sealing material is floating and loaded by spring. When in the closed position, the sealing surface always maintains close contact with the ball, ensuring that the valve can achieve leakage sealing under high and low pressure differences.

2. Automatic pressure relief structure

When the pressure in the middle cavity rises abnormally, the ball valve with a single seal structure has an automatic pressure relief function, while the ball valve with a double seal structure has an additional pressure relief device on the valve body to relieve pressure.

3. Sealed emergency protection function

The valve is designed with an auxiliary seat emergency sealing system.
