You should pay attention to the following matters when installing globe valves

1, hand wheel, handle operation of the globe valve can be installed in any position on the pipeline.

2. Hand wheel, handle and micro-motion mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting.

3, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow shown on the valve body.

After installation, the globe valve should be inspected regularly. The main inspection items are as follows:

(1)  the wear situation of the globe valve’s  sealing surface.

(2) the wear situation of stem and stem nut ‘s Trapezoidal thread .

(3) Whether the packing is out of date and invalid, If damaged, it should be replaced in time.

(4) after the globe valve is repaired and assembled, the sealing test should be carried out.
