1. Correct selection of packing;

2. Fill the packing in the correct way;

3. The valve stem must be repaired or replaced if the processing is unqualified, and the surface finish must be at least ▽5, and more importantly, it must be above ▽8, and there are no other defects;

4. Take protective measures to prevent rust, and replace the rusted ones;

5. The bend of the valve stem should be straightened or updated;

6. The packing should be replaced after a certain period of use;

7. Pay attention to stable operation, open and close slowly, to prevent sudden temperature changes or medium impact.
